Review: Benefit Hoola

As mentioned before, im trying to complete my makeup arsenal by finding the perfect highlighter and bronzer for contouring. And guess what! I've finally found them! Double yey!! ^_^ For highlighter, that is theBalm's Mary-Lou Manizer which i already reviewed. And for my bronzer/contour shade, that is Benefit's Hoola (Hoola is available at Benefit boutique at Rustan's Glorietta 3 for Php1,100).

Why we love it!
Dust this award-winning bronzing powder over your chin, cheeks and forehead for a healthy, natural looking "tan" year-round. Complete with soft, natural-bristle cheek brush, it's pure matte color…no sparkle or shine! - taken from Benefit's site

Benefit Hoola is a matte neutral brown shade that doesn't look orange or dirty on my NC20 skin -- perfect for contouring! It comes with a little white natural bristled brush you can use to make a line but since the powder is so soft you'll be left with a lot of dust in the box. Therefore, i prefer using my oh-so-soft Ellana contour brush that is made of synthetic bristles -- this gets just the right amount of product with just a tap. ;)

If there is one thing i hate about this bronzer, it is the box it comes in. It's just so bulky and takes a lot of space in my bag! Hence, it usually just get left behind at home. Wear is around 4-5 hours on my oily skin so i hope Benefit make it in a tote friendly size... :)
