Review: MUFE Blue Sepia Palette (Limited Edition)

Blue is the new black -- MUFE's Blue Sepia palette.

It took me 3 visits to the MUFE's pop-up store at SM Aura and read a lot of reviews before i decided to get this palette. And glad i am!

This costs Php 2,270.00 and is composed of 5 shades of brown (or sepia) in matte and satin finish, a shade of iridescent light pink for highlight, a matte black for lining and - the accent color - metallic iridescent Petrol Blue (a pretty peacock blue!).

128 - Copper Fawn (satin)
28 - Coffe (matte)
152 - Light Pink (iridescent)
Palette Exclusive - Petrol Blue (metallic iridescent)
04 - Black (matte)
98 - Brown (matte)
17 - Espresso (matte)
127 - Metallic Taupe (satin)

All shades are pigmented and easy to apply and blend except for black which is quite patchy. I find that the most pigmented of all is the star of the palette - Petrol Blue. Even if i rub it, the pigment is still there!! Seriously!!

The palette comes with two brushes, a double ended brush for lids (the 226P flat brush and the 214P crease brush) and the 270P slanted eyebrow brush. I find that the size of these brushes are custom made for asian or small eyes -- fits my lids and crease perfectly! Hence people with big lids will need more effort and time to apply their shadows.

My ugly swatches in different lighting... ^_^U
