I'm so happy and satisfied with all my purchases these past few months especially my MAC 'Illustrated' Face Kit which i also reviewed here on my blog. However I realized that I do NOT have a good highlighter (nor bronzer) -- essential when you want to contour your face. ^_^
After reading a number of reviews, I decided to get theBalm's Mary-Lou Manizer (aka 'the luminizer') since they said it's almost as good as Guerlain's Meteorites without the expensive price tag.

It's a champagne shade that has a very pearly sheen. That said, a light hand is needed during application. Overall, as long as the amount of pigment used is controlled, this is a versatile product that can be used to highlight your features whether it's the bridge of your nose, brow bone, cheekbones, shoulder blades, etc.
